First Class automatically defaults to showing you all of your emails both sent and received in one place. This can be confusing to some but is easily fixed by changing some settings in First Class.

First open your mailbox. Along the menu headings at the top choose View. Roll down the drop down menu and run your cursor over the word filter and the arrow to the right. You will be presented with five options.

  • Show All Items - As it says displays all received and sent emails.
  • Show Incoming Items - Show received emails
  • Show Unread Items - Shows only items with the red flag
  • Show Outgoing Items - Shows emails you sent.
  • Show Unsent Items - Shows all emails with the white flag.
